Radia
Accelerator.
Help build a new generation of women led SaaS unicorns.
Today there are over 450 unicorns in Europe, 38 have a female co-founder, of which only 11 are in SaaS.
Radia’s mission is to help create more women led unicorns.
ABOUT RADIA
Discover how to start and accelerate growth of an early stage Saas company. The Radia programme provides access, network and knowledge to support women at the inception phase of the company formation.
Delivered by a community of software investors, operators and entrepreneurs, as an early stage founder you get practical know-how on how to develop your idea and build product, raise VC and angel funding, establish a network and develop leadership skills.
Radia 2024 is for women CEOs and co-founders of early stage Saas companies, with previous technology and startup experience.
We don't take equity, nor do we offer funding (you may end up raising funds from contacts made through the Radia network). This is an ecosystem initiative to build a new face of European tech.

Radia accelerator is named in honour of Radia Perlman, the “mother of the internet”. The engineer and mathematician was a major figure in assembling the networks and technology, an innovation that gave birth to what we now know as the internet.

A distinguished inventor, engineer and respected author who has earned some 80 patents, Radia was drawn into programming while at MIT in the 1970s where less than 5% of students on her course were female. Radia was also a pioneer in teaching young children computer programming.
Inspired by her brilliance, resolve and contribution to the development of modern technologies, our accelerator programme is designed to unearth talent and nurture women in their early entrepreneurial journey.
